Shipping policy

All Silver Pennies Yarn Co orders are shipped within 1-3 business days through selected carrier unless otherwise specified. Product(s) purchased as a pre-order or as dyed-to-order usually ship within 10-14 business days, other specific details and timeline can be found in the product details. We will try our best to combine shipping on multiple orders but it is not guaranteed.

Be sure that your address information is correct before completing checkout. The buyer assumes all responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses and unsuccessful delivery attempts.

DOMESTIC

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS, First Class, Priority, or UPS depending on weight. Tracking numbers are provided and First Class shipping is uninsured and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the package after it is delivered to the postal carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. If your package succumbs to any of these unfortunate events, first contact your local postal carrier office. INTERNATIONAL

International Orders are shipped using USPS, First Class or Priority, or UPS depending on weight. Tracking numbers are provided, but detailed tracking is only available by choosing Priority or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any custom or duty fees. Shipping charges will be not be refunded if you decide to refuse your package for any reason. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes for international orders.
